Returns and Refunds

We strive to deliver the best products possible, but occasionally there may be a situation that requires a refund or return. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact us as soon as possible –

We will work with you to determine the best solution to get you replacement items, store credit, or a full or partial refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We may ask for photographs of any damage or imperfections in lieu of returning the item to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item that was damaged in handling after delivery
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (when applicable)

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we determine you qualify for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days of your item returning to us or approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to be delivered may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
