Shipping Policy

How quickly can I expect my order?

Items are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving your order. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your items are on their way. If there are any issues with your order, we’ll contact you right away. For backordered items, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be created and delivered.

What if I need my order in a hurry?

Although we cannot speed up our manufacturing process, overnight shipping is available for some orders. Contact us for more information – rockhammerusa.com/contact

What if I want my package to arrive on a specific date?

We are unable to adjust shipping and transit times for a specific date of arrival.

How will I know when you’ve shipped my parts?

Once your part has been packaged and a shipping label has been printed, you will receive an email with tracking information.

How do I change the shipping address for my order or my billing information?
